Basic philosophy of coaching

What is the basic philosophy of coaching?

Here are a number of principles:

  1. All human beings dream of fulfilling themselves and they deserve the opportunity to be
    their best.
  2. People create their life experience and a coach can help a client to create the life that
    they want.
  3. Intellectual understanding is not enough. Change means taking action.
  4. There is no such thing as failure, if you do not get what you want, you find another way.
Failure is just a short-term way of saying that you not succeeded – yet.
  5. Everyone already have all the resources we need or can create them. No one is helpless.
The client has the answers, the coach has the questions.
  6. A coach works to increase the amount of choice in the client’s life.
  7. Coaching is an equal, synergistic partnership
  8. Everyone can get what’s wanted a lot faster and easier teaming up with a coach partner.

My Coaching:

  • encourages client self-discovery, self-awareness and self-responsibility.
  • acknowledges and celebrates the awareness of the client’s values, talents and life purpose
as well as the integration of these into the client’s personal and professional
    life.
  • has successfully been used with business owners, creatives, non-profit
professionals, teachers, teens, groups, . . . everyone who is ready for greater
    fulfilment and is committed.
